So excited to join the trip to CNPC drilling waste management system site, this time the client purchased the modular design drilling waste management system. Which contains:
1) vertical cuttings dryer: this is used to treat the oil based mud / synthetic based mud drilling cuttings discharged from solids control system shale shakers &desanders&desilters, generally OOC below 3-5%.
2) High G dryer: this is used to treat the water based mud drilling cuttings discharged from solids control system shale shakers &desanders&desilters, generally OOC around 10%.
3) decanter centrifuge: GN latest model decanter centrifuge can work perfectly for heavy mud treatment. In this treatment system,
4) Drilling cuttings transfer pump: this is used to transfer the drilling cuttings from solids control system to vertical cuttings dryer / high G dryer. Screw conveyor can also be used to replace drilling cuttings transfer pump.
5) Mud intermediary transfer unit: this is used to collect the liquids from vertical cuttings dryer and then go to centrifuge.
6) Screw pump: this can be used for feeding decanter centrifuge / flushing vertical cuttings dryer.
Probably like university, or marriage, we have imagined some places just like the workshop, all well orgnized, while it turns out it is a more realistic place, when the clients comments that it is so orgnised place, then we realized, not all Chinese operation site is beautifully laying out.
While the all equipment in one frame, the options seems better options for these sites, as the supplier already well orginzed the connections.
Though it is big state owned company, on site, as equipment operation is good, we all are very popular there. With thumbs up, we finished a happy jourey.
While at the same time, another client told us they are happy with the separation result, then trying to place another order, we start to rethink not only big players Baker Hughes, CNPC. Not only drilling waste management products. All of us, repeat our order for some products only when we are satisfied.
